Flash mob..!! Fun loaded..

Entertainment is one thing that pulls everyone's attention.. and we thought, what other better way of entertainment than a dance performance... wait.. a SURPRISE dance performance...!! It was so much fun..!! The Flash mob that erupted out of the blue on the sports day of RIEM was a huge success...!! Thank you all for such a great response... it was a crazy way of promoting the soon-to-come SWATANTRA event...
We also thank the college student council for permitting us to showcase this item.. thank you guys..!!🙂🙂

The College On A Planting Spree..

Saplings were planted as a part of the promotion event for SWATANTRA after the Republic day celebration on 26th January 2017. The event, starting with the procession in front of the technology block proceeded towards the backyard of the science park. The program kickstarted with the Principal officially releasing the SWATANTRA logo and thus declaring the convention. Saplings were then planted by the Principal, several faculties and a few students council & club members. Dr. Tangpu, Dr. V.S.Prasad, Dr. G V Gopal, Dr. T V Somshekhar, Dr. Kalpana Venugopal were a few among those who planted. The program created an aura of joy and peace, with everyone enjoying the moments.

The technological tools are but supplements that give us a hand in making teching more interactive and innovative. Good news to all the selfie maniacs out there! SWAT 16 is back with yet another fun competition: DUBSWAT -- the college Dubsmash competition. Bring out the creative artist in you, do funny, weird or serious dubsmash clips and send it to us through swatclubriem@gmail.com. Exciting prizes to be won! Prizes will be awarded to the best and viral videos separately.

ALL CLIPS SHOULD BE SENT TO THE SWAT ID BY MARCH 15, 2016

RULES & REGULATIONS

• A single participant may send up to 3 clips (together).
• The camera should have considerate quality.
• There should be proper lighting so that the face(s) are distinctly visible.
• A single clip can have a maximum of 3 people in it.
• Clips can be made in any language.
• Those who want their clips to be considered under "the best viral clip" category, should upload it to Facebook and also to the SWAT Whatsapp group under the tag #dubswat16 
• Rules may be subjected to change, keep updated with the SWAT blog and SWAT group in Whatsapp.

Geogebra Session

Geogebra session by Madhu sir, will be held on Wednesday, 24 February 2016.

• Students who wish to attend must bring a laptop with them.
• Two students are allowed to share a laptop.
• Students should register for the session online.
• Venue will be informed soon.
